The Role of a Franchisee

We are seeking partnerships to help transform bathrooms, making them safer and more accessible for commercial and residential customers across Australia. Your role when joining the Tubway franchise will involve performing accessibility modifications to previously installed bathtubs across your chosen territory. Tubway has a proven system that franchisees must follow during setup. It is this setup protocol that helps us offer a lifetime guarantee on all our Tubway installations.

As a self-managing Tubway franchisee, a strong work ethic is essential. Tubway gives you the flexibility to start your own easy-to-manage mobile business with a low running cost, all while helping others live an easier and safer life. When you become a Tubway franchise your agreement term is five years with the option for a five-year renewal.

What Do I Need to Become a Franchisee?

After paying the initial start-up cost, franchisees will receive all the necessary assistance to start up. This includes tools, training, ongoing support and material for the first three Tubway installations. While vehicles and office equipment will not be included, franchisees will receive a prepared Tubway brand wrapping design to apply to their vehicle.

It is highly advantageous if the franchisee has trade experience in the construction or renovation space. You will be working with a variety of customers who have different ability needs, so we encourage all Tubway franchisees to show empathy and confidence when communicating with customers.

Support for Franchisees

With our comprehensive hands-on and practical training in Tubway modification, you’ll become an expert in your territory. Our franchisees should have confidence in their work, so along with receiving hands-on training at an on-site workshop, you will also receive a comprehensive installation manual and uniform. The ongoing technical support we provide for franchisees not only teaches you what to do but also what not to do, helping you avoid costly mistakes.

To help you build your franchise, Tubway will provide you with in-house marketing materials and support so you can generate more clients and occupational therapist leads for your business. As an essential tool for business sustainability, we provide market analysis and a thorough data pack for each franchise territory so you can more effectively target your territory’s key demographics.
